Email - Monday, July 13, 2009

Hey dad,
I’m glad you liked the daddy-daughter date idea. I’m really excited about it. I think it will be fun. I think more than anything I am just excited to be with my family again. I don’t care what we do, just the same old stuff we always do. I love it!! I can’t wait to be with you all again. Don’t get me wrong, I love Spain. I will really miss the people here. They are so different than Americans. They are extremely blunt, which, I don’t remember what I thought about that at first, but now I love it. They are so friendly too. They will just start up random conversations with anyone who is close bye them. I love it. I think it’s going to be a strange feeling when I come home and people aren’t all that way. What were they like in Japan? What do you miss most about it?Well, I’m out of time, I better run!! I love you so much!!! I hope you have a great week! I will talk to you later!!!! I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!
Love,
Morgan
Hola, Buenas Dias!!!
¿Como estan? Espero que todos estan bien. Les amo muchisimo!
So I was really jealous when I looked at that picture and saw Sara sitting there. I love her. I miss her. She is so cute. I bet that was so fun to see her. I loved hearing about the temple. I bet that was such a neat experience. I am so happy for Shannon and Darrin and Daniel. When do they hit that 6 month mark with the baby? Is everything still looking good with that? I loved the picture of the cake. I want a copy of the picture that was on it of nana and Papa's wedding. I loved it!! I bet that was such a fun experience.
I can’t believe Sara Webb just had her farewell! Oh, did Katie future husband go to the family party? Have you had a chance to meet him yet? What is he like? Or what have you heard about him. I hope he’s a really good guy. Thanks for updating me on Adam.
I don’t blame Hayley for not being impressed. I hate singles wards. Student wards are so much better. Maybe we can go ward hopping together when I get home. We’ll make fun of the ´meat-markets´ together. Yeah, just the idea of the singles ward makes me nervous. I hate them. I don’t know what it is but singles wards really are scary. Especially the guys...ha-ha.
Thanks for sending me Madi’s email. I love her. When does she get transfer calls. I am thinking you’ll find out today. But I don’t know if I counted right. She sounds so good. I just love her.
Ok, it was so much fun to see Hermana Clegg. I just love her. We were so happy. I was sitting in a chair in a clothing store while all the Hermanas looked at cloths....I get bored really fast when they do that...but then I looked up and Hermana Clegg had just walked in and found me. She gave me a huge hug. We laughed and talked from one boring store to another while everyone else bought stuff...I really hate it. One of the things we wanted to do was buy tourist stuff but we never got to it because everyone wanted to look at cloths...I was so bored. But I sure had fun talking to Hermana Clegg. One of the first things she said to me is "I hope you’re still planning on our astronomy night because I am" She is really excited about it! I can’t wait for that. She gets home six weeks after I do. Oh, and in like 3 weeks two of my most favorite people are going home. The senior sisters, sister bates and Peterson. One is from Farmington and the other from Kaysville. We were at the MTC together for a while in Madrid and I have just come to love them. They gave their goodbye testimonies at zone conference and it made me cry, which surprised me, but I was so sad to see them go. I wrote down their addresses and told them I was coming to see them when I get home. I think we should have them over for a bbq or something.
The baptism was great. The spirit was really strong. I love that we have the priesthood on the earth again. The Ecuadorians came to church this week. We were so happy. It is so cool how the members here have just taken them in and befriended and helped them. The members in Spain are such great examples to me. I love them. I think I’m getting used to the accent now; it’s not quite so ugly to me anymore. Ha-ha. We are always finding people to teach here, the only problem is actually seeing them again...ha-ha, kind of a problem, but we have high hopes. We are going to find some really awesome people. One recent convert brought a lady he had just met to the baptism and she is from Columbia, has talked to missionaries before and wants to learn more. We are really excited to teach her. She is awesome. I think she’ll get baptized. We haven’t even taught her yet, but I really think she will. I’m glad dad got his card alright. I will be writing 2 birthday cards this week for my cute little brothers!!! Kade, don’t throw it out the window ok. Ha-ha.Well, I love you guys. I hope you have an awesome week!! It is always so fun to hear from you all. I’m glad everyone is doing well. I’ll talk to you soon!
Love, Morgan
